Hazel Stewart
Managing Director, Australia/New Zealand
Hazel commenced with Wilson Learning in 1996 and has progressed with the company to the role of Managing Director AU/NZ in this time. Prior to joining Wilson Learning, Hazel worked in management and marketing roles including the role of Managing Director for a company in the licensed product industry. Hazel has undertaken studies in adult education and graduate studies in career management, and is currently studying for an Executive MBA.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, Hazel spends time working with large client organisations, both at a local and regional level. With a background in strategic account management, in-depth consulting, curriculum design, workplace assessment, facilitation, coaching and career counseling, Hazel is well placed to drive the AU/NZ team to deliver above and beyond our clients expectations.
Harry Fox
Learning & Development Consultant
Harry is a highly experienced management and human performance improvement consultant. His specialties include sales and sales leadership along with management development and individual performance improvement. Harry has worked across a wide range of industries in Australia and New Zealand helping clients align behaviour with strategy.
Harry has been associated with Wilson Learning since 1992, initially as a client-based facilitator and then an employee. His most recent role was with New Zealand Institute of Management (Southern) as a Learning & Development Consultant. Harry is an Authorised Representative for Wilson Learning in New Zealand and his role encompasses in-depth consulting, curriculum design, project management, facilitation and executive coaching.
Harry works with senior executives in a wide variety of industries to understand their business strategies and priorities. He uncovers performance improvement solutions to optimise business outcomes, and with his expert application of Learning & Development processes is able to deliver sustainable change and improvement.
Sarah-Jane Edwards
Learning & Development Consultant
Sarah-Jane has been with Wilson Learning since 2010 providing L&D support to a wide range of clients in the IT, Telecommunications, Utilities and Government sectors amongst many. With a background in Management, HR and training for the IT services industry in the UK and Europe, Sarah brings over 10 years of experience developing HPI solutions for customer care, technical, business development, quality assurance, human resources and leadership environments. She is passionate about building learning & development partnerships with clients in order to create and deliver quality learning programs that help businesses and individuals realise their potential: to be the very best that they can be.
Monica Evans
Manager, Client Services & Project Management
Monica heads up the client services team which is responsible for project implementation and client support, as well as managing our facilitator network. Monica oversees Wilson Learning Australia’s curriculum, assists with custom projects and manages assessment projects.
Monica has been associated with Wilson Learning Australia since 1994. Monica held the role of Assessment and Measurement Manager for four years and was accredited to deliver a number of Wilson Learning programs. During this time, she obtained career counselling qualifications with a focus on women returning to the workplace.
Kelly Adams
Client Services Coordinator
The latest addition to Wilson Learning Australia, Kelly works alongside the Client Services team to manage the logistics of all upcoming learning events. Kelly works together with our clients to ensure all needs are met when events are created.
With a degree in Business and Marketing and previous experience in Financial Client Services and the Public Relations industry, Kelly is producing and implementing our ongoing marketing and brand initiatives
Amy Li
Finance Manager
Holding a Master of International Business and Certificate III in Financial Services, Amy has been with the company for 3 years.
With specialist knowledge of the markets in Japan, Germany, Switzerland, UK and Canada, Amy has extensive experience in large, multinational organisations.
Michael Dale
Facilitator/ Consultant
Michael Dale is responsible for overseeing Wilson Learning technology/content, as well as managing Wilson Learning clients in a wide range of industries. As a Master Facilitator, Michael is charged with leader certifying facilitator candidates within Wilson Learning and client organisations. In addition, he consults with clients on Wilson Learning technology as well as Organisational Change and Development. Michael has been implementing WLA technology since 1979, initially as a client and more recently as a consultant with Wilson Learning.
Michael’s career includes strong sales and sales management experience in motor, manufacturing, primary industries, pharmaceuticals and high tech industries in Australasia and Europe. He has achieved impressive results in enabling performance and change in sales, sales management and service levels in a range of organisations at local and global levels.
Martin Noonan
Facilitator/ Consultant
Martin is an experienced business consultant and facilitator with extensive management, sales and marketing experience within Australia. Martin operates his own consulting business providing services to a range of clients including corporate, State & Local Government, and retail. He has written and delivered business skills curriculum for a Melbourne Institute of TAFE, and the University of Sydney.
Martin also provides consultancy services in corporate and community relations to the CEO and Board level of various hospital and health service facilities. He is a trusted business advisor, facilitator and coach. Martin has held senior management positions with a range of companies including Lend Lease, Westfield and Coles Myer, both on site and at corporate level.
Ros Ronning
Facilitator/ Consultant
Ros Ronning specialises in managing performance and providing corporate HR and organisational development services to large national and international commercial corporations and small to medium enterprises. Her expertise and experience includes assisting organisations to strategically plan their HR strategy, leadership development, mapping vision and values and formulating strategic plans to achieve business goals.
Ros is Wilson Learning Australia’s subject matter expert and Master Trainer in presentation skills. She facilitates workshops at all levels – from technical professionals to senior corporate executives, and has responsibility for leader training and supporting Wilson Learning’s presentation skills facilitators.
Ross Wilson
Facilitator/ Consultant
Ross works with clients to identify, design and implement solutions to business problems. Along with providing best-practise facilitation services he also facilitates the interface between Wilson Learning and client project teams, to ensure that objectives are effectively accomplished. As a senior facilitator Ross provides consulting, strategic planning and workshop facilitation for groups at all levels, from executive and board level to sakes and customer contact.
Ralph Muir-Morris
Facilitator/Consultant
Ralph is a long term associate of Wilson Learning. He has worked as Managing Consultant for Wilson Learning in Melbourne, and is now part of Wilson Learning’s facilitator network. Wilson Learning’s performance with fulfilment philosophy is keenly demonstrated in Ralph’s workshop delivery. He has a relaxed, engaging style of delivery and applies facilitation best practice in all of his workshops. Ralph consistently achieves high quality outcomes for all the projects that he supports.
Brendan Hendry
Facilitator/ Consultant
Brendan has over twenty years experience in the Financial Services industry including roles in Sales, Management, Training, Coaching and Mentoring. Brendan’s straight forward, real life approach to learning ensures the often complex challenges of the finance industry are taught in simple terms. His career experience has made him a clear communicator with a passion for ethical selling and common sense solutions for clients.
