Extended Learning System
Our Extended Learning System (ELS) is a series of just the right events implemented at just the right times, commonly delivered over a 12 week period. Wilson Learning recognises that a workshop participant’s manager must be involved to assure application and accountability and our ELS is designed to manage this process.
The Extended Learning System is a series of emails which support both skill application and implementation, bringing you and your manager together after the learning to review action plans and to discuss application activities.
The emails include Reinforcement Tools, Reviews/Surveys/Tests/Games, Action Plans, Coaching Guides and Best Practice Solutions. They are a combination of text documents and web casts, with online access for easy application.
The events in our Extended Learning System drive the learning through the following four critical steps of a development process:
