Open Workshops
Wilson Learning’s Open workshops provide development opportunities for individuals and small groups from a wide range of Small to Medium Enterprises (SME) and larger organisations.
We present easy to use concepts and information which build on your existing skills and knowledge, so that your understanding and learning is immediately linked to your own work situations.
This helps you to think, organise and integrate your new skills into the real world with confidence. The outcome - immediate results.
Our Open Workshops are delivered in Sydney and now Melbourne, but can be held anywhere in Australia on request, (dependent on demand and facilitator availability).

Pre & Post Workshop Support
For some programs, you may need to undertake pre-workshop preparation. This way, you begin thinking about the real life scenarios that the programs will help you address.
After the workshops, you receive tool kits to support the application of your new skills in your everyday life. Manager’s tool kits are also available to coach and reinforce new learning.
Enterprise Connect Supported Workshops
In March and April 2011, Wilson Learning Australia offered Small to Medium Enterprises a FREE One Day Workshop in six key locations around Australia which was supported by Enterprise Connect. We hope to offer more in 2012 - watch this space.
Enterprise Connect is a $50 million a year Australian Government initiative that provides support to eligible Australian small and medium sized businesses. Core services include a Business Review for eligible businesses at no charge to firms and grant assistance to implement recommendations flowing from the Business Review.
