Building Relationship Versatility™

Building Relationship Versatility (BRV)™: Social Styles at Work - is an interpersonal versatility skills program designed to foster stronger relationships and increased collaboration. Participants learn to better understand differences in others' behaviour and discover ways to increase their versatility by temporarily adapting their behaviour to improve communication and reduce conflicts.

Why do you connect easily with some people and find others more difficult?

More than two million people already know why. They use Social Styles and Versalility skills to read and adapt to the natural behaviour of others.Social Styles

Building Relationship Versatility (BRV) offers an easy approach to understanding a range of identified ‘Social Styles’ – including your own. In addition, the workshop shows you how to adjust your personal style to achieve improved communications - at all levels and across all styles. We show you how greater relationship versatility will help you leave the stress of ‘managing’ people behind and get you back to the business of ‘doing business!’
